I wonder waht little babies think when they're so small like this? I guess we all knew at one time but have since forgotten. This is really beautiful and striking in its "silence." Who is this little person?

Amazing photo -- and amazing amount of hair! I see you've been perfecting your art for many years now. And does he still have that much hair?

Delightful photo and from a perspective not often seen in baby pictures, and it works so very very well, just wonderful.

Wish my eldest son wanted short hair! Your image works wonderfully for the subject! Babies this small don't think anything ... they are governed by the senses of smell, sound and feel ... won't be long and he will be able to see his Mum's face. That is 35 years ago :) Thanks beautiful!

thanks Alina!

i can't remember why i choose this perspective, jacquelynn, probably his expression and the light.. or a clear moment.. we had just come home frome the hospital.. :)

ha! anonymous, my son has had his hair long and short and long and short.. i used to cut it myself if necessary, but one day i was not very concentrated and i remeber thinking that the scissors were blunt.. then he started screaming and his ear was bleeding.. after that i only had to mumble that his pony was getting a bit long or he was at the hairdressers(?).. when he later on in a band played he had long hair.. he looked good in it too.. :)

That truly is a beautiful photo. I often wondered what my little one thought about at that age.
