i wish i knew who he was..

as soon as they were 'zindelijk', (potty trained?) they would get shorts and, seeing the amount of photos of little boys in short trousers, that seems to have been quite an occasion.. :)
but it also may have been proof that this child had passed the dangerous baby age.. many children would die very young..
