Kerry: clafoutis is a french dessert with cherries, i used this http://www.saveur.com/article.jsp?ID=3885&typeID=120 recipe but without the kirsch.. it was a first time for me too...

Totally off subject my neighbors are from the Netherlands. Strange how the internet has enabled people to connect who never would have otherwise.

Excellent! I love the use of highlights against a coloured background. That lefthand one is only just there - defined by light and shadow - nice!
