yesterday we ate smoked - or rather steamed - mackerel, it contained wonderful soft meat and in the end all that was left was it's head.. :-)

Well, that's certainly a different concept! :) As a child, one of my favorite dishes was pan-fried mackerel, with fried onions and rice, so I can really appreciate this yummy idea!

Very unique interpretation! Although I love the taste of mackerel, I feel sorry this one... Thank goodness it was immortalized in your drawing!
