It can do that - especially when it keeps going for weeks! All the blue must be on the inside of your window :)
I love the rain, but I´m still feeling blue these days.Lovely pic!

We need that whether desperatley. I would rejoice to see that outside. It is interesting how location and perspective and time can change things. Your picture has beautiful colors.
It looks like there are red eyes in glasses looking through the window!!!EeeK!
